All Forever Finer pieces include a 1-year warranty against factory defects. After this period, if a repair is necessary, we’ll provide a quote for the repair services through our trusted workshop. For your peace of mind, we recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, or damage. We offer complimentary insurance appraisals for all pieces purchased from us for your convenience.

Ready to Ship items usually arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Made to Order pieces can take between 4-8 weeks for production and delivery, as each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

What’s the difference between "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order"?

Ready to Ship: These are pieces that are in stock and can be shipped either the same day or the following business day.
Made to Order: These items are custom-crafted just for you. Production typically takes between 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.

Can I get an appraisal or grading report for my jewelry?

Yes, every Forever Finer piece includes a complimentary appraisal for insurance. Custom engagement rings also come with an accompanying certificate for the diamonds from the lab they are graded in.
